Illiana Technology offers comprehensive network support contracts

Our regular Site Visit Fee of $25 is waived for contract support customers. A weekly scheduled site visit is included with every support contract. Network Support Contracts can be purchased in the following grades. A contract can be purchased for a single month to cover expected network support issues.

Grade A: 5 hours per month

Grade B: 10 hours per month

  • $400 per month billed quarterly
  • Save $100 off our regular hourly rate
Grade C: 20 hours per month
  • $700 per month billed quarterly
  • Save $300 off our regular hourly rate
