Web Site Support constitutes the updating of information on an existing web site including uploading and integrating images, installation and integration of new modules or components, new informational text and basic corrections. One-time Web Site Support contracts can be purchased to cover planned web site upgrades or re-designs. Contracts can be used for training designated employees to manage your web site.

! Conversion of an existing web site to a Joomla backed site is NOT covered in a contract.

! Development of a new web site from scratch is also NOT covered in a contract.

Web Site Support Contracts can be purchased in the following grades.

Billing is done prior to the month of support so you'll be billed for May 2009 in April 2009.

Grade A: 5 hours per month
