Shared hosting is the most common form of web hosting on the Internet. Shared means that multiple clients share a single web server's resources.

Illiana Technology limits the number of client accounts on a single server to 100. Based on server load and resource metering we track the performance of all our clients and adjust according to a client's usage.

In the event that a single client is consuming an unacceptable level of resources we work with the client to trace the source of the issue and resolve it. This may mean that the client will need to upgrade to a dedicated server solution.

Audio and video streaming solutions require a dedicated server. Hosting video or audio files and embedding them in a site will be monitored very closely.
